From the Primal Martial Arts Academy, Mitchell (Canberra) website:
Primal Martial Arts Academy (formerly Legion 13 Gungahlin) is a friendly Canberra academy that teaches the following martial arts/combat sports, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), Sub-Grappling and Mixed Martial Arts (MMA). We teach classes throughout the week for adults and children, offering a week free trial so you can experience what we have to offer you.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, also known as BJJ, is a grappling based martial art that focuses primarily on ground fighting. It is popular for both fitness and self-defence, and is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. BJJ is a leverage based martial art, with a focus on learning how to move yourself effectively against opponents to obtain control.
When you start your BJJ journey you will begin as a white belt, gaining stripes and belt levels only as you improve. Primal Martial Arts Academy (Legion 13 Gungahlin) have 3 black belts under their roof teaching in their Canberra gym.
Attending BJJ at Primal Martial Arts Academy (Legion 13 Gungahlin) will allow you to learn efficient technique, and improve your fitness level, all while joining a welcoming and friendly team. You will learn the fundamentals of defending yourself by moving your body to obtain leverage, allowing you to effectively apply joint-locks, chokeholds and escapes. BJJ helps build confidence by allowing you to defend yourself against and control an opponent much larger and stronger than yourself.
In class, you will learn techniques that you can use in rolling, a live-drilling component. This is a major part of training and your personal development.
At Primal Martial Arts Academy (Legion 13 Gungahlin), you do not have to roll with anyone you do not feel comfortable with.

Mitchell
Mitchell is a light-industrial estate of Canberra, Australia in the district of Gungahlin. Mitchell was named in honour of Major Sir Thomas Livingstone Mitchell, an explorer of inland New South Wales and Surveyor-General of New South Wales. The streets in Mitchell are named after Australian industrialists.
In the 2016 census, Mitchell had no recorded population.
It is commonly believed by Canberra residents that the suburb of Mitchell contains Exhibition Park in Canberra (EPIC) and also Thoroughbred Park (Canberra Racecourse). In fact, these facilities are located in the neighbouring suburb of Lyneham.
