Kids BJJ
We believe that the practice of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is seen as a means to individual development and personal growth. Strength, self-awareness, respect, discipline and responsibility are common core values taught within our kid’s program.

The advanced program is designed for students who are comfortable with the basics and fundamentals of BJJ and want to take their skill to the next level. The focus in this program is to apply comprehensive strategy to techniques.

Adults No Gi BJJ
The No Gi program is offered in both fundamental and advanced classes. Students will have the opportunity to learn grappling techniques that have been modified for the instances where there is no gi. This style of technique gives the student another perspective to Jiu-Jitsu which in time will broaden their strategy all round.

Corrimal
Corrimal is a suburb north of the city of Wollongong, New South Wales, Australia. Corrimal's CBD is situated on the Princes Highway, and several streets adjacent to it. The main shopping centres are Lederer Corrimal and Corrimal Park Mall next to the park on the main thoroughfare of Corrimal itself. Outside this centre is an old locomotive that is affectionately known as "The Green Frog". Corrimal's welcome signs feature The Green Frog, as it ran on the Bulli Colliery Line to Bellambi Haven from 1909 to 1967. To the west is a lawn bowls club and a wealthy foothill neighbourhood of residences bordering bushland.
