Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a martial art based on grappling or ground fighting.

At Emerge we pride ourselves on being a jiu-jitsu gym in Mascot offering Jiu-Jitsu for beginners’ classes for those new, and for the regular player we offer Jiu-Jitsu classes in Gi and no Gi all levels.

The Emerge Brazilian jiu-jitsu team is under Elevate Jiu-Jitsu and with more and more academies opening under Elevate the future is limitless for Jiu-Jitsu gyms in Sydney.

What classes should I do?

Jiu-jitsu Fundamentals – for those brand new to jiu-jitsu, beginners or just want to brush up on basics.
Jiu-jitsu Mixed – Mix of all skill levels welcome, from beginners to advanced.
Gi and No Gi programs available
