One of the beauties of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is that it is a sport truly for everyone, regardless of age, gender, size and race.

With over 40 years of training and coaching experience collectively under our belts, we understand the challenges you are going through and we are here with you on your Jiu Jitsu journey.

Never tried Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) before? Join us for a complimentary Introduction to BJJ prior to attending your first beginner class.

Once you’re familiar with the basics, our fundamentals program focus on building a strong foundation for your Jiu Jitsu journey. The curriculum centres around self-defense techniques and simple drills to give an understanding of the core concepts of BJJ. These classes are a great way to challenge yourself physically and mentally while learning functional street safety skills.

Classes are offered with and without the gi (traditional BJJ uniform) and are open to practitioners of all levels.
