Courage Training Centre is a Mixed Martial Arts and Cross Training Centre. Providing professional martial arts and strength and conditioning for everyone. Their Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program is overseen by Professor Paul Cale assisted by coach Ian Bone a 2 time Australian Mixed Martial Arts Champion and Kudo Black Belt who provides the day to day instruction.
