Arte Suave meaning, “the gentle art” in Portuguese, was created in October 2014 with the primary objective of providing a holistic combination of fitness, health and mindfulness to the practice of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
We cater for all your well being needs including fitness, self defence, discipline, motivation and confidence.
While focused on Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), Arte Suave brings together other services to enhance you as an individual on all levels; yoga, primal conditioning, indoor climbing, personal training and private lessons.
Our aim is for our members to grow, be healthier and learn a new skill which will enhance their lives.

Woolloongabba is a suburb of Brisbane, Australia. It is located 2 kilometres (1.2 mi) south-east of the CBD, and contains the Brisbane Cricket Ground ('the Gabba') and the Princess Alexandra Hospital.
