We teach Northstar Ju Jitsu, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts, integrating the modern and traditional elements into a complete practice of self-defence, fitness and mindfulness. We have an amazing and welcoming community. Come and train with the reigning World Ju Jitsu Champions, together with our world-class team of instructors. Beginners are welcome at every class.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) focuses on grappling, ground fighting and submission holds. Both children and adults alike will love the wrestling and competition, all in a safe environment.

These classes are currently held at our North Sydney and Balmain locations.
